Defects and Refunds

If you have received a damaged or defective product, we will send you a new one free of charge. Do you not want a new parcel for any reason? Then you can also get a refund!

When purchasing an item from us, you agree that we will process and ship your order, and you commit to accepting it upon arrival. Cancellations cannot be made after purchase due to the following reasons:
